Clarksdale, Miss. — Clarksdale proudly celebrated one of its own as Kaleb Brown, a former student and football player at Clarksdale High School, took part in the 2026 Dream Bowl, which was played Sunday, January 11, 2026, at AT&T Stadium and streamed nationally on ESPN+.
Brown’s appearance in the Dream Bowl marked a significant milestone in a football journey deeply rooted in the Clarksdale community. After graduating from Clarksdale High School, he continued his academic and athletic career at Coahoma Community College, where he further sharpened his skills and laid a strong foundation for the next level of competition.
Now a student-athlete at the University of North Alabama, Brown earned his spot among the nation’s elite collegiate players selected for the prestigious all-star event. He was one of four University of North Alabama Lions chosen to participate, a distinction that reflects his consistent performance, strong work ethic, and continued growth as a player.
The Dream Bowl brought together top college football talent from across the country, giving athletes the opportunity to compete on a national stage in front of scouts and fans alike. For Brown, the experience represented the culmination of years of dedication, discipline, and perseverance.
For the Clarksdale community, Brown’s participation was a moment of genuine hometown pride.
