Clarksdale, MS — Students at Clarksdale High School will soon have a convenient opportunity to take an important step toward independence, as the Mississippi Department of Public Safety’s License Express Mobile Station makes a stop in the city.
The mobile unit will be stationed at Clarksdale High School on March 26, 2026, operating from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering driver service assistance directly on campus.
This special visit is available to current students only, providing a streamlined and accessible way for young drivers to obtain their learner’s permits and driver’s licenses without having to travel outside the community.
School officials and organizers are encouraging both students and parents to prepare in advance. Families are urged to review the required documentation prior to the event to ensure a smooth process. Officials also remind participants that all standard fees associated with obtaining a learner’s permit or driver’s license will apply.
