Clarksdale, MS — Determination, academic excellence, and a passion for helping others are just a few qualities that describe graduating senior Janayshia Higgins of Clarksdale High School.
Janayshia is graduating with an impressive 3.4 GPA and a 20 ACT score, proving her commitment to academic success throughout her high school journey. She is also a proud member of the National English Honor Society and has challenged herself through dual enrollment courses, earning college credits while still in high school.
Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed, as she has received multiple scholarship offers to continue her education.
This fall, Janayshia plans to attend Coahoma Community College, where she will major in psychology while minoring in nursing. With a heart for helping others and a strong educational foundation, she is already paving the way toward a bright and successful future.
