CLARKSDALE, MS (April 11, 2026) – On Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Imperial Gas & Oil Company and 76® fuel brand proudly hosted the Clarksdale community and neighboring areas at the grand opening of their newest gas station and convenience destination, The Castle. Conveniently located at 529 N. State St, Clarksdale, MS 38614, the new gas station features six gas pumps, a fully stocked Castle convenience store, and hot food selections to cater to the needs of both residents and travelers.
Cars lined up for the grand opening event, which offered $1.76 per gallon regular unleaded fuel, in-store promotions, family activities, and medieval-themed giveaways marking the arrival of a new go-to stop for quality fuel and everyday convenience in the community.
The event kicked off with a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony with a special appearance by Clarksdale mayor, Orlando W. Paden, followed by lively entertainment provided by DJ Gucci Girl. Attendees enjoyed complimentary and discounted hot food and participated in fun, family-friendly activities.
As part of the grand opening celebration, Imperial Gas & Oil Company and The Castle presented a $5,000 donation to the Clarksdale Police Department and a $5,000 donation to Clarksdale High School through the 76® FillinGood program. These donations help continue the brand’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities it serves.
